Diabetic in Candyland started as a podcast, but now it’s been demoted (promoted?) to a blog.

What Does Diabetic in Candyland Mean?

It’s a metaphor for standing out when you really don’t want to. When you were a kid, ever go to a friend’s birthday party and see the  diabetic kid who can’t have cake and ice cream? Ever feel like that kid? There you are, yearning for Neapolitan ice cream while you’re sipping your Chek Diet Grape Soda? We’ve all been there at least once in our lives.

Hence, that was the theme of the podcast and will now be the theme of this blog.
